Leader-Works was founded in 1999 and serves a variety of organizations including acute care hospitals, healthcare systems, ministry organizations and small businesses. Cindy E. Paget, Principal holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership, a Dual B.S. in Business Administration and Information Systems and is SPHR ( Senior Professional Human Resources), CHESP ( Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional) and Serv-Safe ( Food Services Management) Certified.
Cindy has served at the General Manager, Regional Director and Department Administrator leadership roles in Hospitality and Healthcare for more than 20 years. Cindy has also served as Chairperson for Human Resources Committees, Regulatory Compliance Survey Programs, Health & Wellness Groups, Leadership Training Teams, Ministry Effectiveness Projects and Community Service Groups. Her volunteer services include those with American Hospital Association, Habitat for Humanity and several southern California churches.
